Awful Customer Service - Inspiron 1505 and all in one printer

I have been a customer of Dell for a while. When ordering you get good help. However, if something goes wrong you do not want to have to deal with the Dell people. I ordered a computer last year and I had great help when I ordered it. I had a problem with the screen going out though and I needed it serviced. I pay for that so why isn't it easy to get some assistance? You stay on hold, then you get someone in Inidia, which I have nothing against but if they can't speak English and we can't understand each other you can't get help. So being that I couldn't get an understanding or assistance I called the number that I ordered from b/c they at least speak English. I wanted to talk to a manager since I was getting the run around on the phone and they transferred me back to India when I asked not to be. The guy said I didn't need a manager and I needed to just talk to him. At that point I was so tired I didn't feel like repeating myself for the 15th time so I pleaded to get some help from a manager. The guy was such a jerk I hung up and called the India number and talked to someone for 3 hours while being hung up on while I had to hold. Finally they put in for someone to come service the computer and it took over a week to get out there and they still didn't fix the problem. I had to call back and get the same rude service to get soemone out there to actually fix it. About a year later I ordered a printer and paid in full. My order never came on it's scheduled date. I emailed them. I did recieve an email back saying there was a delay. It was suppose to be shipped in 3 days and then it changed to 30 days after the original order date. I thought this was unacceptable so I called Dell only to be put on hold and speak with someone who did not speak English! I couldn't understand them and they were no help. I asked to speak with a manager and I was told why does a manager need to talk to you. No assistance at all. You are made to feel like you are of no importance and they don't care if you order from them. I have informed all my friends who already no about Dell's poor customer service. You can't take your products anywhere close to you for repairs and it is not convenient over the phone or web as they do not care to properly assist any of their customers.
